Characterised by yellow fruits, some orange and not quite ripe apricot. Flanked by some freshly scraped vanilla pod. Deep on the palate, with ripe fruit. The alcohol intensifies the opulence. Acidity and phenolics have a balancing effect.
More about the tastingA spawn of juiciness with an almost virtuoso balance of sweetness and a tart fruit core, which together make for great drinking pleasure. The bouquet currently points in a peppery-spicy direction with hints of apple peel.
