Tasting Notes
On the nose it appears to have a quite subdued behaviour, with aromas of lemon balm, white nectarine and grapefruit. On the palate it is lovely and unusual, and the acidity is buffered by its sweetness. It is also fresh, taut and creamy. It is best drink it rather than to smell it.
More about the tastingClosed, it currently only shows a little herbal spice. We find lemon thyme, lemon balm and watercress. Tastes like mango freshly picked from the tree in Africa. Its acidity remains supple, while tart notes provide structure.
