Tasting Notes
Light yellow-green with silver reflections. There is a smoky undertone to the nose of white apple, with a touch of mango, delicate tangerine zest and some minerality. The palate is taut, juicy, complex and savoury, with hints of anise, fine acidity and a salty touch on the finish. Good length.
