Light yellow-green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, fine yellow tropical fruit, subtle notes of peach and pineapple, nuances of mandarin zest, and a touch of minerality. The palate is taut, and tightly woven, with notes of vine peach, saline and persistent with a lemony finish, good ageing potential.
