Tasting Notes
Bright greenish yellow. Fine herbal savouriness of lemon balm , background shows some citrus zest notes, hints of gooseberries, guava and passion fruit, but also fine mint nuances and black currants. Juicy, elegant, close-knit texture, fine complexity, good, racy acidity structure, fine white fruit on the finish, mineral-salty in the aftertaste, pronounced fruit finish, great length, great food companion, has enormous further ageing potential, has now found its full aromatic form, Austrian Sauvignon par excellence.
