Light green yellow colour. Initially rather restrained, delicate notes of cassis and grapefruit zest, fresh meadow herbs, mineral nuances. Mineral also on the palate, with fine notes of white fruits, delicate fruit sweetness, well-integrated acidity, some honey on the finish, an elegant food wine, should be aged for a few more years.
