Light yellow-green with silver reflections. Fresh orange zest, fine yellow plum fruit, delicate mango and blossom honey on the nose. Complex, juicy with underlying dark mineral savouriness, an elegant acidity, fine yellow fruit nuances and subtle notions of pineapple on the finish, it is long and lingering on the palate. This has the potential for ageing well.
