Medium lemon-green, with silver reflections. The multi-faceted bouquet has fine roasted aromas, a hint of tangerine, and delicate floral nuances. Juicy and full of white apple fruit, it is close-meshed with a fine structure. There are hints of lime on the racy palate that dances on the tongue. It is very animated and yet serious, and is a very seductive food wine.
