Light lemon-green with silver reflections. Delicate tangerine zest, a hint of yellow tropical fruit, and dark minerality on the savoury bouquet. Tight and closely-knit, with white fruit, a savoury structure, fine gooseberry nuances on the finish. It has a lime touch and is very piquant. Very long, and probably the best Grassnitzberg so far.
