Disgorged 02/2024. yeast, apple, apple blossom on the nose. The palate structure is nuanced and delicate, has a very fine, creamy mousse, a civilised acidity and enough suppleness in the background to create a round impression even without sugar. Elegant!

Dosage zero sparkling wine from Johanniter, disgorged "warm" (i.e. without icing the neck of the bottle) in February 2024. Aroma: yeast, apple, apple blossom. The palate is nuanced and delicate, with a very fine, creamy mousse, civilised acidity and enough suppleness in the background to create a rounded impression even without sugar. Elegant!
