Tasting from 28.04.2017: Martin Kilchmann, Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Very likely the first Trockenbeerenauslese on the Middle Mosel. Remarkably lively. Mahogany color. Dried pear, raisin, walnut with a rancio-like, complex oxidative overtone. Mild palate flow, ripe sweetness and seamlessly integrated acidity. Fascinating how ripeness and tension can go together.
