Tasting Notes
Candied pineapple, pear, a hint of wood, clear, fresh, animating. Powerful on the palate, almost completely dry, ripe, very well-integrated acidity, also has structure and length despite its breadth.
More about the tastingPistachio, cassata, turmeric, pear, tangerine, some cinnamon (wood). The palate is expansive, completely relaxed, the strong alcohol is not dissolved in sweetness, but in silky phenols, almost quiet, but intelligent and terroir-affine.
