Tasting Notes
Finely nuanced and berryish aroma, pear, some fresh rhubarb, fresh plum, plum stone. Unagitated and smooth flow on the palate with well-distributed proportions, vivid acidity, some ripe fruit, finely rounded and with a clear profile.
More about the tastingA berry, quite clear varietal aroma. Also a little yellow fruit. Quite pure Pinot Gris. The palate is round and supple, the acidity is invigorating and is surrounded by a suitable sweetness. This is a finely crafted Pinot Gris in the medium weight class, a very clearly defined varietal type.
