The white wine »Exklusiv« Grauer Burgunder trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Tina Pfaffmann has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauer Burgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
At first it is gently scented, but then it becomes all the more intensely fragrant, with aromas of white blossom, and delicate herbs such as tarragon. On the palate there is a lovely texture, rounded acidity, and a beautiful fullness that does not fill you up. It is very berry-like, and is a grown-up wine.
