Light yellow gold with silver reflections. Delicate herbal notes to the nose, as well as a hint of figs, candied orange zest and a touch of nougat. Juicy and complex on the palate, majoring on delicately nutty white pear fruit. A pleasant acidity lingers and makes for a multi-faceted food companion.
