Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and a touch of edge brightening. Delicate herbal-woody savouriness on the nose, with some cassis, blackberry jam, dried fruit and a hint of bergamot. Complex and juicy palate with integrated, supporting tannins, and a subtle tobacco spice mixed with black berries. This will benefit from bottle ageing and makes for a powerful food companion.
