Intense crimson colour with ochre reflections, discreet ochre brightening on the rim. Delicate nougat caramel, cherry compote, a hint of plums, subtle noble oak nuances. Complex, juicy, ripe plums, ripe tannins, fresh acidity, lingers long, a textured food wine.
