A pale golden yellow, with a subtle brassy sheen. Light notes of meadow herbs, yellow pear, candied orange zest, a hint of caramel. Medium bodied, with notes of yellow stone fruit, a nice freshness and sweetness, mineral on the finish, white nougat, versatile, well-developed.
