The red wine »Cerubino Cabernet Cuvée« Beilstein Wartberg trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut und Edelbrennerei Gemmrich has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Cubin from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Mature in appearance and aroma, with notes of leather, bay leaf and spice. On the palate, the alcohol gives the peppery spice, but the fruit is not dull and offers a dark berry and plummy counterpart. An ideal accompaniment to game.
