Bright, clear ruby with garnet reflections. A pronounced nose of stewed ripe blueberry, with cedar wood and hints of clove. Juicy, lively acidity and full-bodied, somewhat austere tannins, fine fruit texture, weighty body, slightly drying on the finish.
