The white wine »Vols I« Riesling Spätlese, vintage 2016 from the winery Weingut Vols has been rated in 2017 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Fresh late harvest fruit, lemongrass, lemon balm, stewed Mirabelle plum, slate. Good playfulness on the palate, crisp acidity, finely integrated sweetness, finishes almost dry, an animating late harvest, herbal and savoury finish, with good length and elegance.
