Light green yellow in colour. Restrained, delicate aromas of mango, fresh apple and meadow herbs, underpinned by a fine tobacco savouriness, opens well in the glass. Full-bodied, tightly meshed, fine hints of yellow tropical fruit, pleasant acidity, already harmonious, a multi-faceted food companion with plenty of typicity and certain ageing potential.
