Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow, silver reflections. Intense bouquet of lime zest and elderflower, fresh white vineyard peach, fresh mint and verbena. Juicy, fine fruit expression, enormously racy acidity, which buffers the honey touch almost completely, mineral aftertaste, an immensely aromatic sweet wine with a lemony finish.
