Tasting Notes
Pale golden yellow with silver reflections. Fresh meadow herbs, white stone-fruit nuances, some orange blossom, a hint of nougat and mineral notes: a multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, delicately savoury, elegant palate with juicy pear fruit. Elegant and balanced, with finesse-rich acidity and a delicately nutty varietal character, it has length, development and ageing potential. Already drinking well.
