A powerful spicy nose with aromas of dark berries such as blackberry and sloe, some wood, smoke and also ash. The palate is also powerful with a compact structure, fine acidity, and a framework of firm tannins. Juicy with clear fruit notes of blackberry and black cherry, well-integrated oak, and a punchy finish.
