Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Black berry fruit, blackberry, ripe cherry, candied orange zest, a hint of dried fruit. Powerful, complex, black fruit, ripe tannins, subtle sweetness on the finish, delicate hints of fig, has length and certain ageing potential.
