Tasting from 21.11.2021: Peter Moser

Deep ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim brightening. Balsamic savouriness, oak, some soy sauce, a hint of caramel. Powerful, juicy, delicately savoury, subtle sweetness at the core, has freshness, vanilla on the finish, already well developed, individualistic style.
