The minerality is very beautiful on the nose, reminding of pebbles. The fruit is very clear to the nose, immediately reminiscent of stone fruit. The acid structure on the palate is juicy and elegant, perfectly integrated and promises pleasure. Mirabelle plum, some gooseberry fruit and green apple notes underline the lingering finish.
