Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

The aroma is youthful, but already complex: with herbal, savoury and floral notes, violet, wild raspberry and very subtle wood. The palate is very dense with fine-grained, grippy tannins, acidity and tactile minerality oscillate around juiciness and substance. Superb elegance! And great ageing potential.
