Tasting Notes

Tasting from 03.09.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Raspberry, floral, very fragrant, quite nuanced, violets, extremely fine, almost imperceptible, oak. On the palate immediate lime and mineral notes, the structure is more marked by the lime than the tannin, dense, quite aggressive and then increasing almost to an astringency. Full-bodied, but without alcoholic force.
