Tasting Notes
The Sauvignon Blanc is not an extrovert grape variety. Here on the nose there is some minerality and discreetly citrus notes. On the palate it is punchy, with nice minerality, and an exciting (but ripe) acidity. Although it is still closed in all elements it is a gripping and gastronomic Sauvignon with certain ageing potential.
More about the tastingFruity bouquet: yellow peach, white currant, pomelo. A complete wine with a silky texture on the palate. Smoothness and fine texture combine intensively, tactile minerality (iron) creates tension and spices up the finish.
