The white wine »Terra Rossa« Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Weedenborn has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
On the nose, elegant aromas of cassis, mango, peach, pumpernickel and a hint of pencil lead, underpinned by stony spice. "Terra Rossa" combines the stimulating and approachable side of the grape variety with terroir aspects: spicy, mineral, skilfully vinified and balanced.
