Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow. Delicate floral honey with subtle bread-like undertones, sweet and full of ripe fruit notes—yellow peach—but also a hint of herbal spice, still somewhat reserved. Juicy, with good complexity; delicate notes of mandarin and passion fruit; plenty of honey on the finish; dark minerality; a salty aftertaste; very good aging potential; will really come into its own in two or three years.
