The red wine »Dreistern« Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Weishaar has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Baden in Germany.
Quite dark in colour. Spicy-intense aromas of black cherry, pomegranate, bitter dark chocolate and juniper berries on the nose. It's powerfully built on the palate with good substance and dense extract, infused with a fine vein of acidity and ripe tannin structure. Some sour cherry freshens the long and youthful finish.
