The white wine »Urtyp« Müller-Thurgau, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Weishaar has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Müller-Thurgau from the region Baden in Germany.
Floral-spicy aroma, mint, cress, also freshly cooked apple compote. The palate starts supple and continues silky, filled with delicate phenolics, with a very nice combination of tension and support, fine-nerved, but also ripe and round, with very good length and a subtle mineral colour in the background.
