The natural wine Ex Verro III, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Werlitsch has been rated in 2022 by Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc
Extremely deep, but still a young wine that needs a lot of air at this stage. Ripe on the nose with natural fruit notes such as quince, with exotic hints of pineapple and passion fruit and a subtle honey tone. The palate finishes very long, with a mineral and spice note.
