A cuvée of half Chardonnay and half Sauvignon Blanc, biodynamically cultivated, macerated with skins for a few days and aged for two years on the fine lees in large wood. Despite relatively low alcohol there is quite opulent, Burgundian depth, guava and acacia honey notes and fine acid structure. A multi-faceted wine, stimulating and satisfying.
