Young, pale purple to red in the glass. Lots of elderberry, dark plum and juniper on the nose, far removed from roasted and overcooked strawberry. The palate is also more of the tart fruity type, elderberry, black cherry, at the same time gripping and cool in aroma. Extremely convincing!
