It has a deep ruby colour, with purple reflections, and a broad bright rim. There are aroma nuances of candied violet blossom, along with intense red wild berry fruit, and tobacco notes. It is juicy, with floral nuances, some discreet hibiscus, vivid tannins, a savoury finish, a dark minerality in the background, and bitter chocolate on the back palate.
