Medium greenish yellow, with silver reflections. Lovely leafy fine oak savouriness, nuances of vanilla and clove, with yellow pear fruit, and some mango and blossom honey, it is a somewhat restrained bouquet. Medium-bodied on the palate, yellow apple, delicately spicy, with hints of caramel and toasty flavours, a slight touch of minerality on the finish, and a nutty aftertaste. It is already well-developed.
