Tasting Notes
Toasty savoury oak and at first opening in the varietal savouriness, aniseed bread rolls, roasted sesame. Also a hint of candied fruit. Supple and almost creamy on the palate, but not tending towards breadth, with a particularly juicy and finely nerved mid-palate, an early presence of savouriness on the finish and intense tactile mineral components.
