Flint, mint and smoke on the nose, then green apple. Again some smoke and stone on the palate, then fine apple notes, mint, and it is finely woven. Well-balanced acidity, light phenolics, very delicate and spicy, it is a great single vineyard wine, and a perfect food wine.
