Tasting Notes
Eccentric cassis fruit with wild herbal notes and ripe, dark forest fruits, some plums, blackberries and thyme. Remarkably individual character. Fine extract sweetness on the attack, with a slender and mineral appearance. Delicately fruity texture with a pointed acid vein and a long, finely fruity, transparent finish.
