Tasting from 14.09.2022: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose: dark chocolate, elderberry, blueberry. In the mouth, the wine has sweet fruit, powerful alcohol that becomes noticeable with slight bitter tones, mellow but dense tannins, ripe acidity and another fruit-driven finish of good length. A chunk of wine!
