Tasting from 01.07.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Freshly cooked stewed apples, spontaneous fermentation. The palate opens with pronounced substance, full-bodied but not broad, compact, with a fresh acidity and recognisable maturity, good ageing potential, a hint of sweetness rounds off the terpene-tart finish.
