Tasting from 06.12.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Cool smoke, herbal aromas, dried rosemary, juniper berry, dried bay leaf, floral earth, cherry, sloe, earthy notes, slightly ethereal in the top note, too. Juicy on the palate with red cherry and sour cherry, fine-grained, elegant tannins and vivid acidity. Good drinking flow, ripe substance and good length.
