Sour cherry on the nose, smoke, subtly peppery, rhubarb, wild strawberries, pomegranate, floral notes, violets, liquorice. On the palate elegant heartiness, lively acidity, fine tannin, very juicy with red fruits, elderberry pulp, has drive and good flow, certain ageing potential.
