Tasting Notes
Medium greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections. On the nose aromas of ripe yellow tropical fruit are underpinned by fine oak spice, delicate floral nuances, candied orange zest and a touch of blossom honey. The juicy palate is elegant and balanced with fine acidity and notes of ripe yellow apple with a touch of minerality on the finish. A multi-faceted food wine with ageing potential.
