Tasting from 01.10.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Even on the nose, this is not a loud wine. A little wood (well-integrated), a touch of honeydew melon, lime blossom, all still closed for its age. On the palate, chalky in texture, round and soft, but not lacking in structure, with a subtle nerve in the background, also chalky and savoury, with good density and very good length. A serious, complete wine.
