Tasting from 01.10.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Initially still very yeasty on the nose. Roasted almond. Then develops herbal and spicy notes with air contact. The palate has good, fine phenolics, with well-integrated but not toothless acidity and a juicy, well-concentrated finish.
